Responsibilities

• Safety, security, and emergency readiness: enforce procedures, safe lifting, and loss prevention.
• Customer and associate support: guide and assist team and customers to resolve issues.
• Front End coverage and operations: ensure proper coverage, manage breaks, assist with registers.
• Associate training and development: train staff on systems, procedures, discounts, and safety.
• Transaction oversight and compliance: approve transactions and correct errors per guidelines.
• EAS and loss prevention support: ensure EAS functioning and alarm handling.
• Cash management and register controls: prepare tills and audits for accuracy.
• Promote company programs and initiatives: credit services, protection plans, charity drives, discounts.
• Flexibility: ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
