The Big Task
As Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher you will be responsible for answering calls and emails and will be the first point of contact for customers. You will effectively communicate between customers and service technicians to schedule work orders in a timely manner. Additionally, you will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
