The Home Depot in Ontario is seeking a Service Desk Associate to manage Customer Order Management (COM) orders from start to finish and ensure customer satisfaction. You will act as a liaison among customers, Project Support Centre, Kitchen Designers, Home Depot staff, vendors and installers to deliver accurate orders.

Responsibilities include coordinating order-related activities, resolving issues, and maintaining timely communication with delivery partners.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or order management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to liaise between customers and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customers receive products and services requested in a timely and accurate manner.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Project Support Centre, Kitchen Designers, Home Depot Associates, vendors, installers and third party agents.
• Resolve issues and coordinate all order-related activities in partnership with the Project Support Centre, delivery companies, vendors and service providers in a timely and professional manner.
