Job summary

David Aplin Recruiting is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative for a hybrid role based in Calgary. You will engage prospects and customers by phone to identify new business opportunities and promote solutions, products and services, while supporting targeted call campaigns aligned to sales and marketing strategies.

In this position, you will generate qualified leads, gather customer insights, and use CRM systems to submit leads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or marketing is an asset.
• 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, lead gen or related fields preferred.
• Experience in a phone-based environment and with cold calling preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support call campaigns aligned with sales and marketing strategy.
• Communicate effectively over the phone with prospects and customers about offerings and programs.
• Converse with customers to maximize retention and reinforce value and brand.
• Uncover new business opportunities through engaging customers.
• Generate and submit leads through the CRM system.
