Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Calgary plant to support customers through quotes and project lifecycle. You will partner with sales, technical, production, and shipping teams to ensure project success and top-tier service.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage quotations, orders, and follow-ups, and coordinate project timelines. A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset is essential to drive growth and customer

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and quick to learn new systems and applications.
• Experience in inside sales, sales support, or project coordination preferred.
• Experience in construction materials or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide responsive, solutions-focused support.
• Prepare and manage project quotations, process orders, and follow up on opportunities with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support project management by coordinating timelines and communicating status updates to customers.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Outside Sales, production, quality control, engineering, and shipping to support awarded projects from quote to delivery.
• Maintain product knowledge to guide customers toward the right solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
