Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is an asset.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with phone, email, and in person engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries (pricing, product information).
  • Learn and become proficient in all industry product knowledge.
  • Work closely with Technical Sales Representatives and Procurement.
  • Prepare and review proposals and quotes with Outside Sales based on project specs and client needs.
  • Review RFQs and drawings to develop proposals and quotes.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity to ensure sales success.
  • Comply with sales processes and CRM tools to maintain records.
  • Follow up with customers on orders, quotes and services requested.
  • Maintain professionalism, tact, and diplomacy to represent the company positively.

Summary:

Titan Environmental is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support business growth in our office in Calgary, AB by building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing excellent service to prospective and existing clients. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and helping drive revenue through proactive sales efforts. This role plays an important part in promoting Titan's services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's continued success.

Preferred Qualification:

Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or a related customer-facing role.

  • Additional consideration will be given to a candidate in a similar role relating to construction products.

Other Information
  • This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., located at our Calgary, Alberta Office.
  • This position will be reporting to the Regional Manager – Eastern Canada.
