Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• Go-getter with initiative, accuracy and attention to detail handling multiple tasks and priorities.
• Dynamic communicator with customer experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per SOPs and regulations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend banking solutions appropriately.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalate non-standard activities.

• Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions clearly and accurately.
