Job summary

TD Canada Trust in Winnipeg, MB, is hiring a Customer Experience Associate for part-time hours (18.75 per week). You will help customers by processing deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, while following procedures and TD's Code of Conduct.

You will identify customer needs, recommend banking solutions, and resolve inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality. Building strong relationships and delivering delightful service is at the heart of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers.

• Process customer transactions accurately and according to procedures.
