Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented.
• A dynamic communicator with customer experience skills who can connect verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures and TD policies.
• Understand customer needs to recommend banking solutions.
• Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes timely.
• Connect with customers to advise on solutions and processes.
• Promote teamwork and personal development to foster an equitable work environment.
