You will also pick orders, research products, verify availability, and support warehouse operations as needed. Strong customer service and local HVAC/plumbing knowledge are valued, with MS Office proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service in wholesale or distribution is required.
• Local HVAC/plumbing knowledge is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact, offering prompt product knowledge to customers.
• Respond to customers in person, by phone, or email.
• Prepare small order quotations for urgent contracting jobs.
• Pick customer orders from the warehouse.
• Perform product research in catalogs and online.
• Verify item availability for orders and schedules.
• Build positive relationships with customers and associates.
• Maintain stock levels at the counter and assist in the warehouse if needed.
