Position Summary:

As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and supported. Your goal is to build lasting relationships that maximize customer satisfaction, foster growth, and support Worldgo’s mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a collaborative team in a people-first environment.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned customers, addressing inquiries and offering best practices.
  • Onboarding Expert: Lead seamless onboarding experiences that set clients up for success.
  • Relationship Builder: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  • Growth Catalyst: Identify opportunities with high-growth clients, supporting their success while driving mutually beneficial expansion.
  • Solution Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of solutions tailored to meet each customer’s unique needs and objectives.
  • Strategic Communication: Keep stakeholders informed on monthly/quarterly initiatives and account progress.
  • Account Expansion: Identify areas for improvement and develop new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track key account metrics, preparing insightful reports and addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Rate Negotiation: Identify opportunities for client savings with air, car rental, and hotel through discount programs, and assist our clients in setting up these discounts.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role. (Experience in the travel industry nice to have but not mandatory)
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present and influence effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office, with an analytical approach to tracking account health and trends.
  • Client Focus: Passion for creating positive, client-focused solutions that resonate.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects with an eye for detail.
  • Social & Environmental Impact: Champion Worldgo’s social and environmental initiatives, promoting awareness and action on programs such as carbon offsetting.
