A leading music entertainment company in Toronto is seeking a Coordinator, Office Experience to manage day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities include supporting reception, managing supplies, and ensuring office cleanliness. Work Location: Liberty Village, Toronto
Salary Grade: 28
Salary Range: $45,000 to $52,000 CAD
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Work Arrangement: Five (5) days/week onsite, 8AM–4PM and/or 10AM-6PM
The Coordinator, Office Experience supports the day‑to‑day operation of the workplace by delivering office services and maintaining an organized, professional, and safe environment. Responsibilities include reception, mail and courier coordination, supplies management, access control, kitchen upkeep, general office cleanliness, and performing minor office maintenance such as assembling or moving furniture and troubleshooting basic facility issues.
