Are you a master multitasker with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Coordinator in our WestMount office to join our dynamic team. As the heartbeat of our office, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring everything operates like a well-oiled machine. From coordinating meetings to maintaining supplies and supporting our talented team, no two days will be the same! This is much more than your typical reception role – you will be managing many aspects of the office and being the first face for our homeowners that visit the office!
