• Support, maintain and foster a collaborative, safe and healthy working environment.u00A0

• Follow the Chow brand recipe and presentation specifications, ensure that recipes are being executed to the appropriate portion size, quality and quantity.u00A0
• Maintain the appropriate level of food inventory and station mise-en-place based on business demands.u00A0
• Maintain and applies an advanced and current knowledge of dietary allergens and religious dietary restrictions.u00A0
• Ensure all stations are clean and meet with food safety standards.u00A0
