Job summary

• 3+ years’ experience in P2P or related business.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for Supply Chain Management related applications and processes.
• Respond to inquiries via ServiceNow, monitor tickets and escalate as needed.
• Provide Tier 1 support of P2P applications including SAP, OpenInvoice, Ariba, Maximo, and ServiceNow.
• Support the execution of P2P process improvements with SSC, AP, and other departments.
• Assess internal/external customer requirements to determine solutions and suggest enhancements.
• Coordinate SAP MM issues/upgrades in partnership with SCM Systems Team, IT and offshore resources.
• Triage SAP Staging Table and P2P workflow delays/issues; assist in resolution.
• Contribute to evolution of the SSC Support Desk Strategy and Sustainment.
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement and BU relationship development.
• Reject or redirect Service Receipts/invoices transmitted via OpenInvoice.
• Resend Service Entry Sheet and Goods Receipt acknowledgements transmitted via OpenInvoice.
• Provide support to other SSC functions as required.
