Job summary

Saskatchewan Health Authority in Green Lake Clinic is seeking a part-time Home Support worker to provide personal care and activities of daily living to clients, supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

The role requires a Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA), reliability, and the ability to work independently in a community setting; travel may be required. Pay band 12 with 0.8 FTE and rotation-based hours.
