Job summary

Procom is seeking a Consultant, Talent Acquisition – High-Volume / Retail End to End Recruitment for a 5-month contract based in Toronto. The role blends sourcing, screening, and stakeholder collaboration to support a transition to an approved headcount model.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for retail, service, sales and branch roles across Canada, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and help with offers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, with high-volume hiring.
• Rural and hard-to-fill talent sourcing experience.
• Experience using an ATS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Proficiency with MS suite: Excel, MS Teams, Outlook.
• Independent portfolio management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment across retail service, sales, and branch management roles.
• Source qualified candidates across key markets using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct pre-screening assessments and advance suitable candidates to business line interviews.
• Partner with recruiters to align on candidate needs and collaborate with hiring managers on shortlists.
• Manage and track candidate pipelines with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Coordinate interview logistics and support overall interview process execution.
• Assist in offer management in collaboration with assigned recruiters.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
