Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience preferred.
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage talent via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
