Procom is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive Workday Recruiting and Workday Acquire/Talent modernization for a Banking client. The role is hybrid, located in Toronto, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

The successful candidate will configure modules, participate in design sessions, demo features to stakeholders, and transform requirements into actionable stories in Jira while collaborating with Product Owners and BSAs. Prior Workday AI models knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Business Application Analyst in a financial industry or large enterprise setting.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Workday configurations.
• 1+ year of experience specifically with Workday Recruiting.
• 2+ years working in Agile environments using Jira.
• Familiarity with Workday Acquire/Talent and its AI models.

Responsabilités
