A leading financial institution in Toronto is seeking a Consultant, Project Finance to provide financial analysis and reporting for project budgets. You will engage with stakeholders, forecast project spend, and support procurement processes. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and demonstrates strong business acumen. You’ll be joining CIBC’s Technology Operations (TO) team. As a Consultant, Project Finance you will be responsible for providing reporting and business analytics to support the immediate team and Senior Management. This includes completing financial analysis and forecasting for TO-managed project budgets, creating and delivering regular and ad hoc reports, completing analysis to support key strategic decisions and initiatives for TO, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives (i.e. automating and standardizing reporting and processes). You can effectively perform all work activities remotely, and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis.
