Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting our senior consultants and architects on projects ranging from small to large
  • Cloud deployments, migrations, health checks, and assessments

What we’re looking for
  • The basics of identity, including Active Directory skills around users, GPO, and desktop management.
  • Security concepts such as MFA, and good familiarity with things like DNS and basic networking.
  • Provided support and/or configured Microsoft365 recently, even if you aren’t an expert or familiar with all the advanced configurations.
  • SharePoint experience, whether on‑prem or online. Supporting, deploying, migrating, designing, all valuable and useful skills.
  • Enterprise telephony experience, including legacy PBX systems, cloud VoIP systems, and Microsoft Teams.
  • PowerShell skills, the stronger the better, and willingness to learn and improve.
  • Experience using and managing Azure IaaS services.
  • Automation experience using Power Platform or other automation tools.
  • You may enjoy tinkering with code or have some experience with various coding languages.
  • Ability to communicate in both English and French, written and verbal, would also be a plus.
