Job summary

RLS Construction and Renovation Inc. is seeking workers for outdoor construction sites. Work at heights, in dusty, noisy, hot conditions, and on road projects is typical.

Duties include loading and unloading materials, erecting forms and scaffolding, pouring concrete and asphalt, framing, roofing, paving, demolition, debris cleanup and directing nearby traffic. This position requires physical labor and adherence to safety protocols, with possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
• Pave and rake asphalt
• Assist in demolishing buildings
• Clean and pile salvaged materials
• Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites
