Job summary

Autism Services seeks a roofing tradesperson to install built-up roofing systems and tiles, read blueprints, and ensure health and safety on diverse sites. The work involves outdoor settings, heights, noise, and physical demands across multiple locations, including commercial sites.

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, be dependable and team-oriented, and be willing to coordinate with project supervisors to meet deadlines and budgets. A comprehensive benefits package is available.

Qualifications

  • Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Install built-up roofing systems using asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel.
  • Install roofing tiles on sloped roofs and repair roofing systems.
  • Read and interpret project plans to coordinate with other supervisors or managers.
  • Maintain health and safety regulations and a safe work environment.
