AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate resident care in line with established care plans. You will monitor, document, and report on resident needs while contributing to a safe environment and participating in ongoing staff education.

The role supports onboarding of new staff and requires adherence to IPAC policies. Salary that reflects experience, with opportunities for growth within AgeCare’s Ontario communities.

Qualificações

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Meet the vocational standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities.
• Meet the standards established by the National Association of Career Colleges.
• Meet the standards established by the Ontario Community Support Association.
• Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering simple treatments and related bedside care to residents.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in monitoring care to residents according to the care plan.
• Assist in documenting information pertaining to resident care.
• Attend in-service education sessions, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assist in onboarding of new staff.
• Follow IPAC policies and procedures.
