Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma program.
• Meets Ontario vocational standards (MTCU).
• Meets NACCC standards.
• Meets Ontario Community Support Association standards.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitoring care to ensure it aligns with the care plans.
• Assists in documenting resident care information as directed.
• Attends in-service education, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assists in onboarding new staff as directed.
• Follows IPAC policies and procedures.
