Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker program as required.
• Understand established plans of care and infection control practices.
• Familiar with safety, sanitation, and geriatric resident needs.
• Meet ministry and national standards for PSW work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring residents' care per plan and report findings.
• Document care information as directed by supervisors.
• Attend in-service sessions, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assist onboarding of new staff according to directions.
