Job summary

AgeCare is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker in Burlington, Ontario, to provide compassionate resident care according to individualized care plans and assist in maintaining a safe, respectful living environment.

You will monitor care, document observations, participate in in-service education, and help onboard new staff, while following IPAC policies and geriatric care best practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker certificate/diploma program.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitoring care to ensure it aligns with the care plan.
• Assists in documenting resident information as directed.
• Attends in-service education, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assists in onboarding new staff.
• Follows IPAC policies and procedures.
