AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate care to residents in Ontario. You will follow established care plans, observe and report needs, and assist with documentation while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Meet the vocational standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities.
• Meet the standards established by the National Association of Career Colleges.
• Meet the standards established by the Ontario Community Support Association.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitoring care to ensure it aligns with the plan of care by observing residents and reporting findings.
• Assists in documentation of information pertaining to residents' care as directed.
• Attends in-service education sessions, staff meetings, and workshops as directed.
• Assists in onboarding of new staff as directed.
• Must follow IPAC policies and procedures.
