AgeCare in Canada is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide resident care per care plans, support a safe environment for residents, visitors and staff, and contribute to a compassionate living experience.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of PSW certificate/diploma.
• Meet Ontario vocational standards as established by the regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of procedures and techniques for simple treatments and bedside care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor care to residents per established plan of care and report findings to supervisor.
• Assist in documenting resident information as directed.
• Attend in-service education sessions, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assist in onboarding of new staff as directed.
• Follow IPAC policies and procedures.
