AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate care to residents according to care plans. You will monitor and document care, participate in trainings, and assist with onboarding new staff while adhering to IPAC policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Meet the vocational standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities.
• Meet the standards established by the National Association of Career Colleges.
• Meet the standards established by the Ontario Community Support Association.

Responsibilities

• Monitor care per plan and report findings to supervisor.
• Document information pertaining to resident care as directed.
• Attend in-service education sessions, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assist in onboarding new staff as directed.
• Follow IPAC policies and procedures.
