AgeCare Ltd. is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate care to residents according to care plans and ensure a safe, supportive environment. You will assist with monitoring resident needs and documenting care activities while following IPAC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PSW certificate or diploma.
• Must meet vocational standards set by official bodies.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation and elder care needs.
• Familiar with simple bedside treatments and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per established care plans.
• Monitor and report resident condition to supervisor.
• Document care activities as directed.
• Attend in-service sessions and staff meetings.
• Assist in onboarding new staff and follow IPAC policies.
