Qualifications

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to assess information, investigate concerns and make sound decisions.
• Confidence handling dogs, including aggressive dogs, and stock.

Responsibilities

• Promote responsible dog ownership and respond to animal control concerns.
• Educate schools and community groups.
• Support operation of pound facilities and enforce bylaws.
