Job summary

AutoCanada's Sherwood Park Volkswagen is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will estimate repairs, welcome customers, answer inquiries, prepare repair orders, connect clients with technicians, and maintain accurate vehicle records.

A minimum of 2 years in a dealership service advisor role is required, with CDK experience a plus, and automotive knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Estimate the cost and time for a wide range of repairs
• Welcome customers and discuss their needs
• Answer customer inquiries in person or on the phone
• Develop repair estimates considering materials, supplies, and labor
• Prepare repair orders detailing the vehicle's problems or symptoms
• Connect customers to the right auto technician
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs
• Maintain automotive records of problems and corrective actions
