Sherwood Park Volkswagen, part of the AutoCanada network, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience at our Sherwood Park, AB location.

You will estimate repair costs, prepare repair orders, connect customers with technicians, and test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs. This full-time role offers strong earning potential through a high-commission compensation model.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role.
• CDK experience is an asset.
• Automotive knowledge.

Your area of focus.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team! We're looking for a friendly and motivational individual to fill this position. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.

What drives your day-to-day?

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this position is $60,000 – $100,000 Commission — No base. This position is entirely commission-based and the expected compensation range reflects potential earnings based on historical performance and market conditions. Actual earnings will vary depending on individual performance, sales results, and other factors. No minimum or guaranteed level compensation is provided.
