Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies in Ontario is launching Kia Vaughan and seeks a Service Advisor to guide customers through service and repair processes, communicate outcomes, and ensure a transparent, efficient experience.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will welcome customers, schedule appointments, document concerns, review maintenance schedules, and identify opportunities to recommend and sell maintenance services while maintaining records in our dealership system.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
• Experience using CDK or a comparable dealership management system is an asset.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the Service Department and determine their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
• Schedule service appointments and document customer concerns and requested work.
• Prepare detailed repair orders and ensure all relevant information is complete.
• Explain inspection results, recommended repairs, costs, and completion times clearly and professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates regarding status of vehicles.
