The role emphasizes ensuring accurate documentation, lender coordination and a superior customer experience. A strong sales mindset, automotive finance knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in automotive financial services (F&I) or comparable finance-related sales.
• Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle financing, leasing and protection products.
• Proven sales ability and comfort working toward targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain financial products and terms clearly and professionally.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-transaction management.

Mansioni

• Present financing, leasing, warranty and vehicle protection options based on customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers, financial institutions, and providers.
• Coordinate with Sales for a smooth financing and delivery process.
• Prepare and review financing applications, contracts, registrations and related docs.
• Coordinate lender approvals, funding and other financial aspects of vehicle transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of Toyota financing programs and incentives.
• Clearly explain financing terms and contractual obligations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products and services.
• Maintain records and reports per policy and compliance requirements.
• Communicate transaction progress and delivery timelines with customers and team.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
