Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting financing options and packages from multiple institutions.
• Sell extended warranties and other F&I products.
• Prepare and review loan documents ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain relationships with banks, credit unions and lenders.
• Ensure all F&I transactions comply with laws and dealership policies.
• Provide guidance to the sales team on financing options and procedures.
• Meet or exceed monthly financing and F&I sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service regarding financing choices.
