Job Description

Working with the Canadian Warranty Services team, the successful candidate will provide service to commercial sales, contractors, distributors and building owners through the processing and issuing of warranty documents and processing of warranty claims.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL:

• Collect and enter all information, data and documents associated with commercial warranties and claims
• Prepare files for the approval of the management team, and subject to that approval, for the issuance of commercial warranties in a timely fashion
• Liaison with the commercial team members to keep them appraised of issues or shortfalls in the documentary process
• Follow up with commercial customers on missing documentation, and providing updates as to warranty and documentation status
• Provide support to the existing residential customer service and administrative teams

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Some experience in a high volume, fast paced call centre environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Self starter, able to work independently and with a minimum of direct supervision
