Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Performing Hosted Voice service installations with customer interactions.
• Install Breezeline Hosted Voice phones and commercial fiber routers.
• Troubleshoot IP voice and data issues.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems

Layer 2/3 networking technology

Knowledge of PBX phone system and SIP

Ability to perform clean cabling

Education

Associate Degree or equivalent
