Job summary

BGIS in Canada is seeking a property manager to maintain positive tenant relationships through professional and proactive responsiveness, coordinating tenant construction and landlord work, and ensuring lease obligations are fulfilled.

Reporting to the Property Manager, you will develop financial reporting and budgets, drive client satisfaction, and lead staff and cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and implement new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Community college diploma or equivalent training (e.g. RPA, CET).
• Experience: More than three years up to five years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive tenant relationships through professional responsiveness and proactive issue handling.
• Coordinate tenant construction activities and landlord work to meet lease obligations.
• Review and support operational challenges with management, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Distribute all relevant tenant communications.
• Support the Property Manager with ongoing initiatives.
