Broadstreet Properties Ltd. in Canada is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, tenant relations, and leasing administration. You will coordinate move-ins/outs, inspections, and maintenance while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, professional conduct, and a valid driver’s license. You will be part of a growing team that values service excellence and proactive operations management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role.
• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Computer literacy, including effective working skills in MS Word, Excel, and e-mail.
• High degree of professionalism/Diplomacy.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction through service and communication.
• Manage day-to-day administrative functions in the site office.
• Serve as first point of contact for emergency situations.
• Collaborate with Leasing to meet vacancy goals and show suites.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out scheduling and inspections.
• Conduct move-out walk-throughs and communicate repair costs.
• Perform by-annually suite inspections.
• Inspect grounds and common areas and recommend repairs.
• Schedule resources so suites are clean and ready with minimal downtime.
• Manage site office schedule for walk-ins, after-hours showing, payments.
• Manage rent collections and issue 14-day notices for late payments per policy.
• Ensure vacant units are ready to lease.
• Supervise winter snow removal and lot maintenance.
• Participate in meetings and suggest improvements.
• Follow Broadstreet policies and procedures.
