Job summary

GWL Realty Advisors seeks a Property Manager to oversee a diverse retail portfolio in Delta, BC. You will build strong tenant, staff, and contractor relationships while delivering exceptional service and operational excellence across the properties.

You will lead leasing compliance, manage budgets, and report on finances, environmental initiatives, and performance to ensure tenant satisfaction and program implementation across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as a commercial assistant property manager.
• Minimum 5+ years in commercial property management.
• Licensed in Rental Property Management through BC Financial Services Authority.
• Experience creating and managing operating and capital budgets.
• Experience with direct reports is an asset.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and partner with clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with tenants, staff, and contractors.
• Address tenant issues promptly and cost-effectively.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Develop and motivate direct reports while hands-on when needed.
• Lead operational and financial performance of a mixed-use portfolio.
• Complete monthly and quarterly reports on finances and operations.
• Ensure governance and safety policies are followed.
• Lease administration and policy updates.
