Position Overview

Are you ready to advance your career with a global leader in diabetes care? Insulet Corporation is transforming lives with innovative products that empower people with diabetes to manage their health. Our flagship product, Omnipod, is a tubeless, wearable, Pod-based insulin management system.

This role reports to the Head of Operations and supports the Insulet Canada Commercial Team and key external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administrative, communication, coordination, planning, and logistical skills, and be able to contribute creative yet practical solutions. The role requires effective independent work within a cross-functional team in Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Support customer onboarding and training, including processing requests, entering orders, and obtaining paperwork.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, healthcare providers, and training partners.
  • Manage data and files within Salesforce, collaborating with commercial teams.
  • Handle priority activities flexibly to support the commercial team.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Skills and Abilities
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (building models, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Ability to present analysis clearly to leadership to inform decisions.
  • Effective workload management and prioritization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software.
Education and Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of related experience involving business analysis or reporting.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
Physical and Other Requirements
  • Work in a general office environment, sitting for long periods.
  • Potential domestic and international travel.
  • Ideally located near Toronto.

This position is fully remote, with options for hybrid work as desired.
