Position Overview

Are you ready to advance your career with a global leader in diabetes care? At Insulet, we are transforming lives with innovative products that empower people with diabetes to manage their health. Our Omnipod system is a tubeless, wearable, insulin management solution.

This role reports to the Head of Operations and supports the Insulet Canada Commercial Team and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administrative, communication, coordination, planning, and logistical skills, and be able to contribute practical solutions to problems. You should be able to work independently in a cross-functional role within Insulet Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Support customer onboarding and training, including processing requests, entering orders, and obtaining paperwork.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and healthcare providers.
  • Manage data and files within Salesforce in collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Handle priority activities flexibly to support the commercial team.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Skills and Abilities
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good business judgment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (models, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Ability to present analysis clearly to leadership for decision-making.
  • Effective workload management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis/reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
Physical Requirements
  • Work in a general office environment, sitting for long periods.
  • May require domestic and international travel.
  • Ideally located within the greater Toronto area.

This position is eligible for 100% remote work, including fully virtual or hybrid arrangements.
