Our customers include top public cloud and silicon providers, and industry leaders across sectors. The company is founder-led, profitable, and growing, with a distributed team of over 1100 colleagues in more than 75 countries. Teams meet in person 2-4 times a year at various global locations.

We are hiring Sales Operations Analysts to support our sales teams in achieving their goals. The team focuses on process and data quality improvements to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will be proactive, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement programs supporting Canonical's growth.

Location: Remote in EMEA and Americas regions.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Support daily sales operations globally
  • Review opportunities for accuracy and process orders post-deal closure
  • Assist in improving sales data quality and processes
  • Report data quality metrics to executive stakeholders
  • Implement surveys and define success metrics for leadership
  • Support CRM and sales systems for the sales team
  • Deliver sales metrics, dashboards, and perform analytical tasks
  • Lead automation efforts and streamline the Lead to Order process
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong academic background from high school and university
  • Experience in sales operations or order processing roles
  • Experience with technology subscription businesses
  • Proven ability to improve data quality
  • Systematic and proactive problem solver
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Effective communicator across global teams including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Marketing
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks
