We are hiring Sales Operations Analysts to join a team that supports Canonical's sales teams in achieving their goals. The Sales Operations team focuses on process and data quality improvements to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative in improving team workflows, maintaining compliance, and governance.

The role's success is measured by increased deal velocity and improved CRM data quality, which informs key business decisions. The ideal candidate is proactive, a problem solver, team-oriented, and passionate about partnering with sales leadership and promoting open source technology to a broader audience.

Location: These roles are remote in the EMEA and Americas regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support global sales operations daily activities
  • Ensure opportunity accuracy and process order closure
  • Assist in enhancing sales data quality and processes
  • Report on data metrics to executive stakeholders
  • Implement surveys and define success metrics for leadership
  • Support CRM and sales systems globally
  • Provide sales metrics, dashboards, and perform analytical tasks
  • Lead automation efforts and streamline the Lead to Order process
Candidate Profile:
  • Strong academic background from high school and university
  • Experience in sales operations or order processing roles
  • Experience in technology subscription businesses
  • Proven ability to improve data quality
  • Energetic, systematic, and focused on scalable outcomes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communicator across global stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks
