Autodesk is seeking an experienced and dynamic person to fill the role as Global Mobility Operational Specialist for a 6-month contract subject to extension for the right individual.
In this role, you will have a dual focus on international transfers and finance related matters. You will coordinate backend international transfer processes for internal employees and facilitate all global mobility finance related matters: invoices, reporting, and any forecasting of relocation, tax and immigration expenses.
The role requires someone with 5+ years experience, with knowledge of mobility programs supporting a mobile workforce. The role requires an individual that enjoys working in a unique, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support the Global Mobility team with international transfers & assignment processes
Facilitate and support the end-to-end transfer and hire process for internal employees between international locations
Partner closely with and navigate complexities of multiple internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to: the Global Mobility team, hiring managers, TA Managers, HR Managers, Legal, People Services, and other key stakeholders to ensure a timely, coordinated, transfer process, across multiple time zones
Effectively utilize applicant tracking system and other shared tools and technology to document and coordinate the transfer
Review international and assignment reports relating to relocation, immigration and tax expenses in accordance to the guidelines and policies
Prepare cost estimates for employee driven transfers
Code all expenses to appropriate cost centers across GEOs; manage Pcard expense reports
Prepare bi-quarterly Finance Forecast Reports for all Relocation, Immigration, Tax expenses
Coordinate the monthly global relocation compensation reporting process partnering with payroll to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Manage and assist employee queries related to international relocations and/or assignments expenses
Minimum Qualifications
5 years’ experience in related field
Previous experience in a technology company or fast-paced, global environment a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
High levels of organizational and analytical skills
Strong collaboration skills and enjoyment with working in a team environment - views success not only by individual contributions, but by the success of the overall team
Proactive, detail, and process oriented with the ability to work as a team player with multiple departments within the organization as well as external vendors
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
Advanced Excel skills
MS Office experience (Visio, Teams)
