Job summary

Our rapidly growing client is seeking an insurance professional to join the Commercial Insurance Service Team in Quebec City. The role offers a base salary starting at $60,000+ per year, with a 25% commission on sales, and an annual retention bonus up to $5,000.

The position runs a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid model (3 days in the office). Benefits include a comprehensive plan with 25% employer contributions after 3 months, RRSP program, telemedicine, EFAP, and significant

Qualifications

• Valid AMF Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on insurance products from various insurers, including consultation, recommendations, and sales.
• Complete reports, documentation, and insurance forms.
• Maintain and update client files and records.
• Manage a Producer's book of business valued at approximately $2.5 million.
• Negotiate with both clients and insurance carriers.
• Handle client service requests, policy changes, and renewals.
