DGA Careers Inc. is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for its Lévis, Quebec office, collaborating with a Producer to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts including mid-sized and large clients.

This full-time, 35-hour-per-week role is hybrid (2 days in- office) with base salary starting at CAD 65,000 per year plus a potential CAD 2,000 annual bonus. Benefits, parking, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• AMF Commercial Lines Insurance Certificate is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Strong client-service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a Producer and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, analyze, and follow up on client requests with the Producer.
• Assess risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on client needs and pricing.
• Negotiate terms with insurers to secure best conditions.
• Monitor policy renewals and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist clients through the claims process and provide thorough follow-up.
• Prepare documentation, proposals, and client presentations.
• Oversee policy issuance, endorsements, and cancellations per procedures.
• This is a 100% client service-focused role with no sales responsibilities.

Job description

To support its continued growth, our client is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager who will work closely with a Producer on a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including mid-sized and large business clients.

Our client is an independent property and casualty insurance brokerage serving both personal and commercial insurance clients. Experiencing significant growth, they are looking for insurance professionals like you to join their dynamic team at their office in Lévis, Quebec.

• Base salary starting at $65,000+ per year, depending on experience

Who You Are

• Hold a valid AMF Commercial Lines Insurance Certificate
