Our client, a well-established independent insurance brokerage specializing in both personal and commercial insurance, is experiencing significant growth and is seeking an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance to join its team.

Working closely with a Producer, you will play a key role in servicing a commercial book of business by managing renewals, policy changes, billing, and client relationships. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional service, analyzing risks, and building strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Your Role

As an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance, you will be responsible for:

• Working collaboratively with the Producer to manage and service a commercial insurance portfolio;
• Reviewing client needs and ensuring timely follow-up on requests and policy changes;

• Marketing accounts and negotiating favorable terms and conditions with insurance carriers;

This is a 100% client service role with no sales responsibilities.
